Our all-round model DELPHIN enjoys great popularity and shows with 3.90m wingspan excellent thermal and glide performance with very easy handling. The spacious fuselage offers enough space even for somewhat larger lipos and still looks elegant.
However, some customers asked for a more compact model, so that we can now present the DELPHIN-Race 3.6 for 2022 !
The DELPHIN-Race is a bit more agile, more maneuverable and still very powerful with good-natured handling due to the large tailplane. The wing has a little less V-shape and is even more suitable for slope flight, glider aerobatics, etc. and all this with excellent gliding performance.

Although the model in this concept is not aimed at a specific competition class, the genes are in the F3J/F5J range.
With a lighter prototype wing Stefan Eder could win the last competition of the Bavarian Open F5J 2017.
This shows the performance and versatility of the wing design. Nevertheless, the DELPHIN is the faithful workhorse for electric gliding in everyday and recreational flying on the flat.
The excellent thermal performance and handling combined with a construction and strength suitable for everyday use results in an ideal all-rounder with an impressive 3.90 m wingspan.
The standard version is built for everyday use and robust and weighs approx. 2700g ready to fly depending on components. If you still want a lighter and still suitable for everyday use DELPHIN, you will find the suitable construction version in the GPS edition !
