The Boomerang Elan quickly became a fan favorite and is a perfect fit for the Kingtech 80kg to 120kg class of turbines. The Elan is built with a one piece composite fuselage and center wing section. The booms are also composite construction and the outer wings and tail plane are of fully sheeted wood construction. The wings and tail plane are covered in genuine OraCover film. The kit comes with a complete set of Electric Gear and brakes and is a drop in fit. The gear and features direct drive servo steering which means no more pull pull cables to fuss with. And since it's all electric there's no more airlines or air leaks to deal with. Also included is a composite fuel tank with 125 ounce capacity Like all Boomerangs the Elan is a great short field performer that also has a wide performance envelope. It can do all the aerobatics you can throw at it and come back to land at a very slow speed. Like all Boomerangs it breaks down easily and is easy to transport in smaller vehicles.
