The E-flite SNJ-5/AT-6 Texan 1.5m pays tribute to the legendary WWII advanced trainer that prepared Allied pilots for combat. Known for its toughness and demanding flight characteristics, the original AT-6 helped shape disciplined fighter pilots, and many still fly today.
This updated model is the most capable and pilot-friendly Texan replica yet, featuring a 3S–4S compatible power system with a Spektrum Avian 70A Smart Lite ESC and an AR631+ telemetry receiver with AS3X+ and optional SAFE Select technologies.
Factory-finished in the historic SNJ-5 “101” High Sky Wing scheme, it includes authentic scale details such as molded panel lines, a realistic cockpit, a radial engine, functional flaps, and retractable landing gear. The one-piece wing uses hands-free servo connections for quick assembly and transport—no glue required.
With its power, precision, and ease of setup, the SNJ-5/AT-6 Texan 1.5m is an ideal warbird for intermediate to advanced pilots seeking a realistic and rewarding flying experience.
