The Lumenier QAV-S 2 JohnnyFPV Special Edition frame is a purpose-built, high-performance platform designed to push FPV cinematography further. At its core is the innovative X-Lock arm retention system, using a lateral locking mechanism that increases rigidity while allowing the arms to fold easily for transport with just one screw per side. Aluminum FPV camera protection provides excellent support, while interchangeable carbon camera plates support multiple camera sizes and offer optional vibration isolation for improved image stabilization. With 6 mm thick arms, the 5″ frame delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio at just 133 g (frame only).

An injection-molded GoPro mount using the industry-standard pattern is included and remains backward-compatible with previous QAV-S mounts. The frame also features an O3/O4-ready mounting system, allowing direct installation of the air unit using a full 5 mm aluminum mount that improves durability and cable routing. At the rear, an adjustable aluminum XT60 and accessory mount supports hard-mounted power connections and flexible placement of antennas, GPS modules, or rear-facing action cameras.
