The OMP Hobby Extra NG is a stunning semi-scale 3D aerobatic ARTF model designed for precision and performance. With a 1,700 mm (67") wingspan, this balsa and Kevlar/carbon-reinforced airframe is built for aggressive 3D maneuvers. Powered by a 2,000–2,600W brushless motor and a 6S LiPo (4,000–4,500mAh), it delivers raw power and agility.
The symmetric airfoil wing splits into two sections, featuring carbon tube joiner and large ailerons controlled by dual servos. The classic fuselage includes a detachable fiberglass cowl, a spacious battery/servo bay, and a Kevlar/carbon-reinforced motor mount. The all-balsa empennage (elevator and rudder) is lightweight and controlled by servos in the rear fuselage.
Finished in UltraCote film, the Extra NG rolls on a carbon composite main gear, fiberglass wheel fairings, and a steerable carbon tailwheel.
