With an impressive 1800 mm wingspan, the PLANEPRINT Great Gull is intentionally larger than its real-world inspiration, improving visibility and extending its effective flight range. Designed as a fully 3D-printable model, it offers a distinctive and engaging build experience while delivering refined flight performance.

The Gull’s aerodynamics are carefully engineered, with optimized wing geometry and posture that provide stable, precise control using elevons alone. This tailless configuration reduces mechanical complexity while maintaining excellent maneuverability.

The download includes two fuselage options for maximum versatility: a pure glider for silent, graceful soaring, and an EDF version designed around a 50 mm fan, capable of strong 45-degree climbs to altitude in seconds.

Highly detailed head geometry allows for realistic finishing, with complete creative freedom in painting and detailing. In the air, the Great Gull proves to be a true all-rounder—equally at home in thermal hunting, coastal soaring, or spirited aerobatics, while remaining smooth and predictable across a wide range of flying conditions.
