The Skynetic 1.4M Shrike Glider raises the bar for foam electric sport gliders. Ideal for newer pilots looking to expand their skills with confidence and convenience, the Shrike assembles in minutes, provides "full house" control surfaces including flaps, and features an innovative mounting system that fastens or removes the main wings in mere seconds without tools.

Our Shrike Glider is designed as a versatile platform, offering value as an excellent trainer for newer pilots, an exciting acrobatic sport flyer, and a stable slow speed platform for FPV or general leisure flying. Customer feedback led much of the innovations we packed into this sport glider, including its tool-less wing connection and fully enclosed control linkages in the tail for enhanced aerodynamics. In fact, only two screws are required to fasten the tail and nose cone, respectively. Other features include a thoughtfully designed battery bay to allow as much space as possible to safely fit a range of flight battery sizes pand a modern gyro stabilized receiver according to your preference. Even the spinner sports a unique slotted design, with aeration holes that accent the functioning Naca inlet to cool the internal bay.

With its 1400mm wingspan, over-sized ailerons and generous flaps, the Skynetic Shrike can be flown on the slope, at high altitudes, as a sport acrobatic glider, and a trainer. Its high contrast, asymmetric color scheme in brilliant green and deep blue vinyl decals is easy to orient for new pilots, and also easily removable for those looking to customize their Shrike. Two 8mm LEDs also offer minor orientation assistance during landing in low light conditions.
