Sky 40 Designed by Tony Nijhuis as an easy to build beginners trainer for the first-time modeller who would prefer to get the enjoyment of building rather than buying a ready built model.

All the major parts are CNC Router & Laser cut for accuracy and include easy to follow picture instruction with full size plans.

The kit can be built for Electric or IC power and includes the wooden parts and information to do so. There is a comprehensive range of accessories which includes: Pre-shaped Undercarriage & clamps, Pre-shaped steerable nose leg, Engine mount, Fuel tank & tubing, all control horns, hinges, snakes, clevises, nuts-bolts-washers, Vac-formed cowl & canopy and pre-cut black windscreen transfers.

The Sky-40 has a 1660mm (65.5 inch) wingspan, designed for 40-46 size IC engines or electric power and 4-5 function radio control. The model make an ideal first trainer but is very capable of being quite aerobatic. So even if you are an accomplished pilot you will enjoy the flying experience of the Sky-40 .
