The HobbyKing® ™ Walrus is a very capable, fun model that appeals to both new and experienced pilots alike, easy to fly and easy to build, the Walrus is great value for money!

Made from tough EPO foam, the Walrus is simple to assemble, the colourful decals are pre-applied and the brushless outrunner motor, ESC and all servo's are pre-installed, even the folding prop and spinner have been factory fitted! As well as being easy to assemble, the Walrus is very practical and features a stiff, CF reinforced 2pc Plug-in-wing and a large canopy area that allows you to fit a wide range of lipoly packs, it's somewhat portly proportions also make the Walrus super easy to hand-launch. The great looking scheme is perfect for orientation and it's appealing size gives the Walrus plenty of presence, as well as the ability to handle a little wind.

There is no doubting the versatility of this superbly priced glider, it is perfect for some gentle grab n fly gliding but the Walrus is also surprisingly capable as a Sport flyer, making it perfect for new pilots to progress with as they get more confident. The speed of the Walrus at WOT is quite surprising and with flaps fitted as standard, it is also capable of amazingly slow flight, this combination gives the Walrus an impressive flight envelope for a "reasonably priced" foamy glider!
