Designed from our classic FT Simple Scout, the FT Simple Scout XL uses many of the same build steps as its smaller version. A builder/pilot will be able to go from kit to the skies in as little as 3 hours. Using the new FT 2814 motor, you will be able to swing a 12in prop on a 3cell 3300 and enjoy flight times as long as 10 min. Full vertical and amazing responsiveness is also available at a moment’s notice with the large control surfaces. Additionally, gentle and slow speeds provide the plane with no bad characteristics to be made present with this design.
